DALLAS – Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas had a scare Tuesday morning when a generator caused a small fire on the first floor. Firefighters responded to the hospital in the 8200 block of Walnut Hill Lane shortly after 8 a.m, said Lt. Joel Lavender of Dallas Fire and Rescue.
