SALISBURY, NC -- A man dressed as a female nurse robbed a bank in Salisbury, according to police. The man, wearing floral patterned nurse's scrubs, pink pants, white tennis shoes, a wig and lipstick, passed a note to the teller of the F and M Bank on 102 South Avalon Drive around 10 a.m. Monday.
