A furnace malfunction led to a partial evacuation of Woodhaven Nursing Home in Montvale on Saturday night. Fire officials were called to the nursing home, which houses 35 residents, about 9 p.m. when the furnace malfunctioned and caused smoke to fill the west end of the building, said Montvale Fire Chief Scott Hawkins.
