Kent Hospital feeling pinched (The Providence Journal)


After losing $4.2 million in October and November alone, Kent Hospital has fallen into a financial crisis and announced a series of changes. The Warwick hospital plans to cut the pay of dozens of high-ranking employees, postpone raises for the rest, leave vacancies unfilled, and close some outpatient services.
