By Lawrence Budd Staff Writer XENIA -- A special prosecutor found no evidence of criminal wrongdoing in the Sept. 1 death of a resident of Greene County's nursing home. Still unresolved is a $16,350 fine recommended for the Greenewood Manor by the Ohio Department of Health.
