First REIT to acquire two nursing homes, hospital from Paci
SINGAPORE : First REIT is making its first acquisitions since its listing on the Singapore Exchange in December. The property trust announced on Monday that it was acquiring two nursing homes and a hospital in Singapore for S$38.2 million.
