LRA Wants Financial Plan For Charity Hospital (WDSU.com)
The Louisiana Recovery Authority tried to clear up its position on $300 million in planned spending for a new Charity Hospital on Friday, saying it expects to see hospital financial plans before agreeing to all the spending.
