Debt-ridden NHS eye hospital borrows £6m to build private


Britain's top NHS eye hospital is setting up a private branch in Dubai in order to pay off its £13million debts. In the first development of its kind, Moorfields is tempting staff, including top consultants, to the new clinic by offering them lucrative packages to abandon their UK posts.
