LOCKPORT - It's unclear when Mount View Health Facility will close, but its administrator won't be around to find out. Patricia Weeks O'Connor, who has headed the Niagara County-owned nursing home since 2003, handed in her resignation Friday. Her last day on the job will be Feb. 9.
