Area program needs volunteers to visit local nursing homes


Local nursing homes are in need of volunteers according to the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program (LCOP). There are six nursing homes and one assisted living facility in Elizabethton and currently the LCOP has no volunteers for any of these facilities.
