KANSAS CITY, Kan. (AP) _ A nurse's aide has pleaded guilty to first degree murder in the May 2005 stabbing death of a man who had been in her care. Wyandotte County officials say Christian R. Webb killed 77 year old Thomas R. Winslow to cover up fraud.
