Amid nursing union strike talk, county's top negotiator exi


York County has lost its top staff union negotiator with four weeks left before a planned strike at the county's 375-bed nursing home. The nursing home union, made up of about 400 employees, authorized a strike two weeks ago, but it was postponed until Feb. 1.
