Woman Fined for Calling Herself a Nurse (RedNova)


By Michael Davis, Chattanooga Times/Free Press, Tenn. Jan. 3--A woman who called herself a nurse locally has been fined $717,000 by the state of Tennessee for dispensing medicine and directing other employees without a license, according to a state Board of Nursing order.
