Man Accused of Smothering Nursing Home Patient Released (WT


A nursing home aide accused of smothering a patient in his bed is out of jail tonight. Andrew Thompson was released from the Washington County Jail because the District Attorney's office did not present its case to the grand jury within 45 days of Thompson's arrest.
