LifePoint sells West Virginia hospital (Tennessean)
Brentwood-based LifePoint Hospitals Inc. said today it has completed its previously announced sale of Saint Francis Hospital in Charleston, W.Va. LifePoint sold the 155-bed hospital to Herbert J. Thomas Memorial Hospital Association of South Charleston, W.Va., for $40.4 million.
