By Vindicator, Youngstown, Ohio Jan. 2--Two area nursing homes are included in a list of Ohio's top nursing facilities. Meadowbrook Manor in Fowler and St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center in Columbiana are on the list of 35 homes.
