Claim to fame: A nurse at Crossover Ministry, a nonprofit group that has provided free health care to low-income families and noninsured since 1983. She works at the CrossOver Health Center on Cowardin Avenue and the Nancy Gillian Memorial Clinic on Broad Rock Boulevard, both in Richmond.
