Eliot sues nursing-home queen Ruby (New York Daily News)


With just three days left in his tenure as attorney general, Eliot Spitzer filed suit yesterday against alleged Medicaid queen Ruby Weston, seeking her removal as CEO of two taxpayer-supported Brooklyn nursing homes for the poor.
