County settles with nursing home contractor (The Champaign
URBANA – Champaign County has settled with one of the three main contractors on its new nursing home, with the agreement that PKD Inc. will testify in further litigation or arbitration. Champaign County Board Chairman C. Pius Weibel said PKD has agreed to a $127,000 settlement.
