One of two men who were shot Tuesday night in the Hill District died early yesterday, the Allegheny County medical examiner said. Clark Bowra, 20, of the Hill District, was pronounced dead at 3:09 a.m. yesterday at Mercy Hospital where both men had been taken after the shooting.
