VALPARAISO, Ind. -- The family of a man whose body was mistakenly cremated is suing Porter hospital and the Porter County coroner's office. The lawsuit was filed Tuesday, three days after a different family said the same hospital sent the body of a Valparaiso man to the wrong funeral home.
