Family Sues Hospital Over Cremation Of Misidentified Body (


(AP) The family of a man whose body was misidentified and cremated is filing suit against Porter Hospital and the Porter County coroner’s office. The body of 59-year-old James Johnson was cremated after he was found dead in his home near Chesterton in January 2005.
