V. “Dee” Carter, 74, of Lebanon died Friday at Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital. Viewing will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Huston-Jost Funeral Home, Lebanon. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Southside Church of Christ in Lebanon.
