A 2-year-old Mississippi boy is in the hospital this Christmas day after getting his thumb caught inside an escalator at Macy’s department store at the end of the Christmas rush. Authorities say, Michael Gratereaux, stuck his left thumb in the escalator as he rode up inside the department store's flagship location in midtown yesterday afternoon.
