Nurse injured in purse snatching (Kansas City Star)


A man lurking near Lincoln College Prep Middle School accosted the school nurse when she arrived for work Thursday and stole her purse. He knocked the nurse to the ground as they struggled, police said. The 58-year-old nurse suffered a bump on her head.
