a nurse or a teacher???
My teacher in community health nursing subject is a registered nurse here in the philppines and she is planning to go abroad to and work there as a clinical instructor in a university!? when I ask her she said " I am just practical" am just wondering is the salary of the clinical instructors is bigger compare to the salary of hosital nurses? or Is it better to teach than working in a hospital???

Those who can do. Those who can't teach.

In the US, clinical instructors usually make less money than nurses who work with real patients. However, if your teacher is teaching in a school in the Phillipines, it's very likely she will make more money teaching at the University level.

McJesus, ability has nothing to do with it. Some people like to teach. Some people don't teach because of the poor salaries.
