Visiting Nurse Service has announced the addition of Valerie Perout as vice president. She has extensive experience in operational management of home health care agencies. She is past president of the Board of Directors of the Ohio Council for Home Care and was also Chair of the OCHA Compliance and Reimbursement Committee.
