Nursing home won't shut down for now (Lexington Herald-Lead


Residents of Lexington's Hamburg Healthcare Center will not have to move -- at least for now. The operators of the Palumbo Drive nursing home say they will continue to provide care to residents and work to get federal Medicare and Medicaid funding restored. Payments are expected to stop Jan. 23.
