Plane Crash Survivor Leaves Hospital (Los Angeles Times)


LEXINGTON, Ky. -- The co-pilot of a jet that crashed in August, killing everyone else on board, was released from a rehabilitation hospital Friday. James Polehinke of Florida underwent treatment at Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital for about 2 1/2 months, the hospital said.
