Children's Hospital Loses Trauma Center Designation (KFSN-T


A push by Fresno County Health officials to terminate an agreement with Children's Hospital was rejected today. Supervisors felt words like termination and suspension were too harsh. Children's Hospital lost its designation as a trauma center because it can no longer provide round-the-clock trauma specialists.
