JOHNSON CITY--A group of six East Tennessee State University undergraduate and graduate nursing students, four medical students from ETSU's James H. Quillen College of Medicine, and two faculty members, accompanied by two translators, journeyed to Guaranda, Ecuador, on a cultural health trip in October.
