A Vancouver man was airlifted to OHSU Hospital on Saturday morning after he rolled his SUV about 15 miles west of Stevenson. Phommachanh Phoutthavong, 30, was in serious condition Saturday night at OHSU's intensive care unit, a spokeswoman said.
