CLIFTON -- A driver was taken to the hospital and traffic was blocked Sunday after a two-vehicle accident on Route 3, police said. The vehicles, both westbound, collided about 150 feet from the Bloomfield Avenue exit at 2:07 p.m., according to Clifton police Lt. Paul Haertel.
