Rape victim files $3M claim against Eastern State Hospital
SPOKANE -- A woman who was raped by an employee at Eastern State Hospital in Medical Lake in 2004 has filed a $3 million claim against the Washington State Dept. of Social Health Services, the hospital's CEO and its nurse executive.
