Nursing home rates highest in Alaska (KTVA Anchorage)


An insurance company study shows aging Alaskans and their families are paying the highest nursing home rates in the country. The study was released by New York Life Insurance Company, the largest mutual life insurance company in the U.S. Nursing home costs average out to 388 dollars a day in Alaska.
