NEW CASTLE, Del. -- Police have arrested a nurse's aid for allegedly exploiting a patient at an assisted-living community. Heidi Overton, 35, was accused of running-up $34,000 in charges in the name of a 58-year-old woman who suffers from multiple sclerosis.
