A former Adams County nursing assistant has been charged with submitting a fraudulent disability claim while she pursued another job opportunity. Nicole Marie Guessford, 32, of 5300 Davidsburg Road, Dover, is charged with insurance fraud and criminal attempt at theft by deception.
