State House votes to make ban on new nursing home beds perm


PIERRE, S.D. - A move to make South Dakota's ban on new nursing homes permanent won final approval Monday in the state Legislature. The House voted 48-19 to pass SB38, which will become law if signed by Gov. Mike Rounds.
