BOISE, Idaho (AP) -- Idaho Commerce and Labor is offering financial assistance to people who want to be trained as a nurse or a truck driver. It's part of the two (M) million dollar Incumbent Worker Revolving Loan Fund created by the Idaho Legislature earlier this year.
