Winkler County rebuilds hospital (Odessa American)


Kermit Winkler County Memorial Hospital is taking its rebuilding in baby steps. The first phase of the construction of a new hospital takes place Dec. 19. It will actually mark the beginning of the demolition of the north end of the hospital, which will be replaced by a new patient-care area.
