In Sterling Heights, nursing facility boasts upscale dining


The lunch line begins forming an hour or more before the cafeteria doors open. Residents using wheelchairs and walkers park along the wall, nearly filling the length of the long hallway at the MediLodge nursing home in Sterling Heights. The walking residents fall in line behind them. The scene will repeat itself each day at lunch and dinner.
