State charges 'breakage' at hospital (Newsday)


New York health chief says Stony Brook medical center violates regulations in patient care, administration State Health Commissioner Antonia Novello said Friday that "there is a breakage in the system at Stony Brook" University Medical Center and cited Suffolk's largest hospital for 17 violations of state regulations.
