Bhubaneswar, Nov. 4 (ANI): Onlookers at the Capital Hospital located in Unit-6 of Bhubaneswar were a surprised lot when a van drove in and a few gun-toting security guards and a score of people jumped off it. It was neither a hold-up nor any other drama.
