A New Albany man who shot another man to death in 2001 but was found not responsible by reason of insanity in a subsequent murder trial will continue to be held for treatment in a state mental hospital. Clark Circuit Judge Daniel Donahue yesterday ordered continuation of Alan Berryman's involuntary mental commitment at the request of Madison State Hospital.
