Police arrest Tokyo hospital staffer, 3 others on bid riggi


_ The Tokyo police on Wednesday arrested four people, including a staffer at the University of Tokyo Hospital in Tokyo's Bunkyo Ward, on suspicion of bid rigging over a facility maintenance project at the hospital, the police said.
