Fire Prompts Nursing Home Evacuation (KSAT San Antonio)
SAN ANTONIO -- Dozens of residents were evacuated from a nursing home Monday morning on the city's East Side. Firefighters were called out to River City Care Center in the 900 block of Nolan after smoke alarms went off in the building.
