A jury acquitted former nurse Juan A. Morales of a felony sexual assault charge Wednesday in 406th District Court.Morales was accused of taking advantage of corrections officer and boxer Gabriel Holguin while he was asleep at Doctors Hospital, where he was being treated for a severe allergic reaction in June 2004.
