The LPN had provided patches of the painkiller Fentanyl to a friend. Oct 25, 2006 — A licensed practical nurse who pleaded guilty to providing a friend with Fentanyl patches and then ripping the patches from his body after he overdosed was sentenced to county prison Monday in York County court.
