Troubled nursing facility suspended (Daily Yomiuri Online)


The Tokyo metropolitan government Saturday ordered Kyoryokai, a medical corporation, to suspend operations at a nursing care facility for elderly people, on the grounds that it violated the Nursing Care Insurance Law by failing to name a manager for the facility.
