Two nursing homes in Ogdensburg are one step closer to joining forces. The United Helpers Nursing Home held a groundbreaking ceremony Thursday as the organization starts the work of combining with the United Helpers Cedars Nursing Home—a $26 million project. The new building will hold 180 beds.
